Helping others reach their potential has been a constant in my career. I am from a family of teachers after all. Today, I am an independent Leadership Development Faculty & Coach aligned with Educe Partners, “an executive coaching and consulting firm specializing in leadership development, among a wider array of services”. Previously I have developed and facilitated the Leadership Communication core class for MBA students at Berkeley-Haas with the award-winning Professor Cort Worthington, and flagship residential leadership development programs during my time at McKinsey & Company.
